I approach therapy as a companion on the path of liberation. I have my own stories of harm, I haven’t forgotten how disorienting and painful my own life used to be. It’s from this perspective I journey alongside my patients, with empathy, encouragement, and shared purpose. I remember how desperately I needed guidance, care, and firm redirection. Having grown from those experiences, I offer what I’ve learned along the way. I’m certainly not done with my own healing, and I feel certain none of us will be until our world is fundamentally different. While we work towards that goal together, I host space for the conversations that need the most careful personal attention.
Throughout my career I’ve worked with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. While completing my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School, I focused my study on complex trauma, identity development, and systems of oppression. Since graduating I’ve studied intergenerational trauma, somatics, internal family systems, the psychology of white supremacy, social and medical factors of gender transitions, and the psychological effects of chronic illness.
I am white, queer, and agender, I use ‘they’ and ‘it’ pronouns. I continue to take viral precautions by masking in public spaces, and advocating for clean air and access to reliable testing. I have lived experience with chronic illness and dynamic disability, and I am neurodivergent (surprising nobody who has ever met me). If you’re lucky, my sweet dog will make an appearance on a therapy call.

Payment & Logistics
I am in-network with Regence, Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and LifeWise.
I can be billed as a fully licensed Out of Network provider for insurance. I can help file for reimbursement, and am glad to provide superbills to help that go smoothly. If you are uncertain of your coverage, please contact your insurance to find out if you have out of network benefits.
For out of pocket and out of network pay, each 50 minute session is $140.
If pricing is a concern for you, please reach out and we can discuss session fees together. I offer limited sliding fee scale sessions for uninsured or uncovered clients.
If I am not a good fit for your therapy needs, you will not be charged for our first session.
All sessions with me are telehealth video calls on an end-to-end encrypted platform. If you have access needs for telehalth meetings, please let me know!
I typically work with new patients on a weekly basis, same day and time each week. My schedule is primarily built for weekly meetings, though I do meet with some patients e/o week, and some 2-3 times per week. Please let me know if you have a specific session frequency in mind.
Data Security
All client data is stored on encrypted platforms. I use an end to end encrypted platform for telehealth sessions and client messaging, as well as encrypted email. My chart notes and personal client information are encrypted, and I keep only the minimum amount of client data legally required. I honor all client requests for data security accommodations within my ability and legal requirements for practice. If you have specific concerns about data security, I’d love to hear them!
